Fields, and fields of just white. It buried the trees bottoms, it hide the grass from the sun, and it wouldn't go away. It was called the Land of Frost, and it lived up to it's name. Ever since 1920, a huge storm hit their land and they have been captive for more than 13 years now, unable to escape it's frosty binds.
Now 1935, the climate still the same, it snows, day and night, and it wont stop. The bottom part of Canada has turned into a mimick of Alaska. Kids grew up with the fascinating story of how they came to be. But fear trickles through everyone heart as the food supply is limited everyday, eletricity and heat becomes more scarce as snow destroys all they have left. Children fall Ill, and parents pass away, leaving the child alone. Animals have died, and they can't go out anywhere to find food. America can't seem to get to them anyway, plane, cars, nothing.
But there is something out there, someone who can help. And somehow she is able to shift the snow places. Stories of her abilities have been told for years, but no one know who she is, and story has it, she doesn't even know she has the ability. Can they find their savior before it's to late? Or will they just wind up in more problems?
Setting-
In a small town, the town has little electricity and doesn't have access to other towns near them because of the snow pile.

2. NO cybering, keep it pg-13!
3. No killing, unless you have permission from me and the person you are going to kill.

Personality- She can be an outgoing girl once you get to know her. She a very stand off girl, and tends to be extremely friendly. No matter the situation she usually is smiling, or trying to make a joke about someone, or make everyone have fun. She wants to live to have fun.
Any abilities- A hidden ability of being able to move the snow, but she doesn't know it yet.
Bio- She was born in the Land of Frost, and finds herself a pureblood to it's cold climate and tends to never wear pants or coats, and she doesn't get sick either. People think she is crazy, because she sometimes is found sleeping in the snow, and claims she isn't cold. People don't know what it is about her, but they all know she is special and they don't know why.
