Wind-chimes. No one has them in our town, except for my annoying Neighbors. I wonder why. It could be the fact they aren't allowed under the noise control ordinance, and they put them right in front of their house.

So, I'm glad I have my dog whistle on my phone. smile
Every time the wind chimes go off, oh. let me get my dog whistle.

They can call the damn cops. The cops will just tell them the chimes aren't allowed.
I don't care, they don't care about calling me psycho, or talking smack behind my backs. They are narcissists who play the victim after bullying people.
