Not that anyone reads this, but I'm posting again.
I'd like to give a shoutout to my friend lanafear who I know offline. If not for her, I'd miss out on my pet dragon and my kickass angelic headset/microphone. heart
I'm getting to work with Rick, and trying to get some other crew memebrs in on it, to clean up Pandangel and get it more active. We dropped in ranking because our members got lazy and don't want to post frequently. I've also realized that new members don't quite grasp the system we set up. We forgot that the members who were in the guild before would understand our phrasing more than a person who walks into on the conversation after missing the all important beginning.
They've essentially all stepped into the punchline without hearing the setup, and since we have more new members than old regulars, we need to clean that up and help them. We've started by moving the Guild FAQ/Crew Q&A to the main forum, and we're working on the Academy subforum, to make it easier to create usable characters and apply them.
It's gonna take some time. Keep an eye on my journal to see how it's going. If you wanna join the guild and haven't already, send me a PM. heart
