On Sunday, my boss was really pissed because apparnetally some of the kitchen equipment has gone missing. So naturally I stood there took in all his s**t about it. First off, he accuse us (the rest of the dishwashers) of taking them home (stealing) and then he accuse us of throwing them in the garbage. But I don't care because he'll have to pay for it out of his pockets. And the worst part was he never ask other people, like the kitchen crew, the waiters, and etc, just us, because only god, knows that all things come to dish, I have to automaticall assume where everything goes. ******** that. That's why I ask this question who do you like an a*****e boss, or a strict boss.
