Broken and torn,
Alone again.
Crying for acceptance;
A desperate soul.
An angel without wings,
May she never learn to fly?
Her tears fall like rain.
Hearts hollow and cold.
Like glass, it shatters to pieces.
Broken...
Empty shards of loneliness.

The rejection runs like poison through her veins.
A venomous bite from ignorant souls.
This jagged knife's her only friend.
Another drop, another ounce of happiness.
Desperately she searches for a place far from Hell.
Heaven not,
For even earth seems forever away.

So pierce her with the rusted needle.
A splinter to the soul.
~
Slice the mind of the tender spirit.
Torture the monster who hath not vexed.
Cries she so does, but her screams remain silent.
The pain she endures takes her further away.
An innocent soul with a sinful end,
She takes unto her the blade yet again.
One breath,
One slash,
And forever has gone.
She is no more as she never was.
