This is what I could remember off the top of my head. (I'll keep adding to it.) This is what I do when I don't feel like sleeping:Never lay down under any circumstances. If you need to rest, make sure something will keep you awake, like an uncomfortable p***k or position. Keep yourself occupied and never let yourself get bored. Once that happens you'll pass out before you know. T.V. And television shows don't do as much as you'd think they would. Stay active, try and get up and walk around every once in a while. Stay restless. Nourishment really helps. 3 meals a day is standard, that 4th meal would actually boost energy levels more than you'd know. Try and eat something every now and then. Eat nothing like a snack or contains too much sugar. The Sugar crash will knock you out. Caffeine and other supplements do help but try not to go overboard with them. Caffeine is still a drug and you can over dose on it, contracting caffeine poisoning. Video Games can keep you occupied. Avoid playing games that require thinking as well as RPG's. RPGs are long and adventurous, not too great of action involved and the lapse in which there is none could let you fall asleep.
