It's New Years! A time to celebrate the end of a long year and the beggining of a new one, hoping to ourselves we don't screw it up this time. And of all the awkward things, today I am celebrating Christmas. Yes, Christmas. My uncle Sam died last week along with another of my relatives, so as you can imagine, funerals really put you behind shcedule. Especially the ones in El Paso. So, now we've all finally returned to the great va beach, we can celebrate a very merry un-Christmas. Since my mom worked last night, the burden of cooking and wrapping gifts and such fell upon me. So, after about 2 or 3 dozen eggs wasted, I finally completed my tasks and now I'm here, waiting to be served odd foods and casseroles you'd never imagine existed. But at least I have the computer to keep my sanity. And my best friend Amanda will be over tonight. Sometimes she's too nice for her own good...but she can be such a hard-a** sometimes, too. rolleyes But that's aside from the point. Also, it's back to school soon...damn, I'll miss lazing around like a idiot.
