People who ship themselves with characters through and through, honest to goodness, rejecting all canon and non canon ships and casting aside perfectly good matches for said character so that they can "be with them". Yeah, I love Roy. No doubt about it. <3 But I ship Royai. Don't mess with canon. It's one thing if you're joking around, in fanart or fanfiction not meant to be taken incredibly seriously by the fan base or in a story round like what we've got going on in Freefall at the moment. Even there I haven't seen people blatantly ship themselves with canon characters. Don't get offended if it seems like I'm talking about you. I'm talking about the ones who really, truly claim to ship themselves with canon characters through and through. My point: Don't do it. You sound like a n00b.

The number of fans who mix up yaoi with shounen ai and yuri with shoujo ai. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. And no, I'm not explaining it. >_< Go look it up if you have to know. Then you'll find out what you really want to be saying when you talk about your favorite couples and shipping and fanfiction and doujinshi and whatnot. Seriously, folks, BL stands for boys love and it's a perfectly good abbreviation for shounen ai. Don't label it yaoi unless it is.

Okay, so all I'm doing is complaining about shipping and fandom. Don't even get me started on Mary Sues and canon x OC pairings that pretty much warp reality. We may be brainless on the outside, but on the inside, we're not. As if that made any sense at all. Eh, never mind.
