Okay, I'm not very good at spelling. I make occasional grammatical errors. But nothing makes me feel like I wanna snap someones neck like someone who types like an idiot. If you want to look smart, I'd suggest that you avoid:
1. Spelling many words wrong
2. Typing in 'net-speak'
3. Using words such as "retardeder" to insult people
4. Ignoring proper sentence structure
5. Using too much punctuation. (ex: omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
6. Being totally inconsiderate of other's feelings
7. Speaking as though you own the topic you're posting in
8. Not thinking before you type
9. Posting the same thing over and over
10. Holding down the Caps Lock key
11. Not using the shift key
13. Throwing in random japanese words into your sentences for no reason
14. A lack of punctuation (ticks me off more than #5, if that's possible)
15. Being off topic
16. Making a topic in the wrong forum
17. Not reading stickies
18. Making repeat topics
19. Leaving out a much detail as possible when you type
20. Unneeded cursing
