-Leon has brought Count D sweets/cakes on more than one occasion
-Leon is always having tea in D's shop
-Leon has an obsession with D
-They both get jealous when they thik the other is going out with someone
-Leon wants to "handcuff Count D" and "throw him behind bars"
-Count D likes pets
-They look cute together
-Count D has magically powers and can make Leon do whatever he feels like
-Leon is the muscle, Count D is the brains. They complete each other.
-Everyone else in the manga knows it
-They could get married and then Leon could be called Count L
-D is for the depression they would feel without each other
-D is for all the desserts Leon would buy Count D
-D is for their desire for each other
-D is for they are definetely together
Reasons against:
-Leon doesn't like Count D very much
-Leon only brings him sweets to get him to do what he wants
So as the reasons against are completely ridiculous:

It is true, though. They are so totally head over heals for each other. Like you said, everyone else in the manga thinks they're together anyway mrgreen
