Tabitha heard a clatter from one of the garbage cans. Her sixth sense told her that it wasn't a cat or a rat that caused it. She'd been having the strangest dreams as of recent, that someone would ber coming... was this the someone? Well, something--not a cat, or a rat, or even another beggar, but some sort of something-- stepped into view, holding some sort of torch. No, it wasn't a torch. In his coal-black hand, it held a flame. In the slightly clearer light, she could also see a tail. Long, thin, and spiked... She was right against the wall of the alehouse for fear..... Finally, Tabitha could see the creature very very clearly... it was a demon. Corpsy wings like her own, blue eyes half-hidden by spiky black hair, fangs in his smile, and the claws.... he only wore dusty grey pants and an old white shirt. "'Ello, popit," the creature said. It was a deep-voiced creature; she was sure it wasmale. (More to come; be thankful I typed THIS much, Haru.)
