~.-Baku~.-Chan.-~'s Daily Hell Report
Where Baku chan tells everyone about the joys of dealing with the masses. Stupid masses.
Customer Appreciation...and such.
Hello and welcome again to ~.-Baku~.-Chan.-~'s Daily Hell Report. This is Baku chan and today's top story is:

Customers.

Now for all of us who have a job dealing with customers on an every day basis, we all know that sometimes...we just wish the customer would die. Blow up and die. And if you say otherwise, either you are extremely pro life in all aspects, or you are lying to yourself.

Recently there has been a decline in Customer Appreciation. We ask why? Well, it is truly a simple matter. It is probably due to the fact...customers are not always nice, and not always right. It is the clerk's duty to be polite, but we all know how it is when you try and all you get is a "yeah yeah whatever" attitude. Puts you in a bad spot now doesn't it?

Customers believe that the clerks should be answering to their every whim, their every need. And yes to an extent, that is what the people who work there are for. But we should also take into consideration, the clerks might be busy and maybe just maybe are doing something where us as customers can just wait a few more seconds.

Now we have an example from a pizza place I know where the customer wasn't polite or right. They wanted to use more than one coupon on a pizza. Now I know that this place only takes one coupon per pizza, some even can be used on three pizzas at a time! Now isn't that already a bargain? The customer threw a fit, and pretty much got the pizzas and stormed out. The poor cashier could only sit there and say they couldn't do anything, since they were just the cashier. We must remember that there are higher ups that watch over the peons, and the peons cannot always do what you ask of them, or they would get FIRED. Simple as that.

Now this is not saying that customers are the only issue. Sometimes it is, indeed, the people who work there. Take another example from the same pizza place:

A person came in and went to talk to their significant other. The supervisor allegedly said that the significant other was too busy and that the person had to come in at another time. Now from what I heard, the person was going to be a customer, and was just wondering if the significant other could pay. Now the customer refuses to buy from that particular pizza place due to the supervisor's attitude toward her.

It's a two way thing people. Customers have to be nice as much as the workers.

This is Baku chan and thank you for reading ~.-Baku~.-Chan.-~'s Daily Hell Report on January twenty sixth, two thousand and seven.
