An interesting concept came up today in English...
"What would you do to change school if you could"
Instead of answering stupidly like "Lolz not force u 2 go"
I raised my hand and said "COMMON SENSE WOULD BE A REQUIRED COURSE INSTEAD OF THAT 3RD YEAR OF MATH!"
Later on people talked about how they just can't learn certain things and how it dooms them academically.
It was actually a really interesting discussion....
I went up to the teacher at the end of class and asked this one question..."Would it ever be possible for a student to advance a level when they are ready instead of having to wait year by year.... I want to know this because I'd be a better student since I just feel school has become way too drawn out.
She said "no, not in a public school environment... Maybe one day, but not anytime soon"....
I really hope when I have kids the school system will change for level and not age...
