Wolf, on his many adventures has found what he thinks is a friend. It is actually Azathoth, the father of the Demoness, Shub, who once held Duncan as her toy, in his alternate form. It looks almost like tar, and has hurt many members of the Irish Rose team already. Somehow, Wolf seems to come free of the goo with little or no harm done. This goo can only be defeated by lighting it on fire, although Wolf is always able to find more.
