Anything I feel like posting available for you to look at. Sometimes I may post stories, maybe song lyrics, maybe an opinion about something. You never know, but it doesn't hurt to find out.
In the Doghouse
"There are so many to choose from!" Nikki exclaimed as she sauntered to every cage examining the dog in it.
"Whatever. Can you just hurry up and pick one so we can go?" Sky asked impatiently. Sky was a thirteen-year-old girl with long, wavy, brown hair and blue eyes who did not like dogs.
Nikki would have cast her an annoyed look if she had not been so intent on finding her perfect companion. Nikki was Sky's best friend who unlike Sky, loved dogs. She had blonde hair that she normally kept pinned up and brown eyes that suddenly danced with joy as she ran to a cage. "This one is adorable!" she shouted.
"Great. Get her so we can go to the mall." Sky said rolling her eyes in impatience as she followed Nikki to the check-out counter where she would fill out the information needed to adopt her new dog.

"Name?" the poundkeeper asked at the counter.
"Nikki Rose." Nikki responded happily.
"Dog's name?" the poundkeeper asked.
"Umm..." Nikki turned to Sky. "What do you think?"
"Don't ask me. I just wish we could get out of here." she said almost to herself.
"That's it! I'll name her Wish!" Nikki announced proudly.
The poundkeeper nodded. "Would you like a dog Miss?" she then asked addressing Sky.
Sky seemed surprised. "No. I'm not really a dog person." she responded casually.
"But you would be helping a poor, abandoned, dog." the poundkeeper told her thinking it would change her mind but it didn't.
"Look, lady, I don't like dogs and for that matter, don't really care." Sky explained starting to lose her temper.
"You'll be sorry." the poundkeeper whispered lound enough for Sky to hear.
"Okay Sky, I'm ready." Nikki told her, Wish in her arm.
Sky nodded and they both left. The poundkeeper looked a bit shocked and stomped her foot in anger at the sight of Sky leaving empty-handed.

"Sorry that took so long." Nikki apologized once they were outside. "To make up for it, I could buy you a chocolate shake at the mall, I know they're your favorite." she offered.
Sky smiled at that. "Alright." she replied happy again and relieved to be out of the pound. As they walked on though, she couldn't help thinking of that poundkeeper and how strange she had acted.

After a long day, Sky plopped onto her bed from exaustion and waited for sleep to come to her. After a few moments, she found herself having a dream.
"Hello Wish!" Nikki cooed as Sky woke up and started padding around. She suddenly realized she was in Nikki's house and not her own. "Nikki, how did I get here?" she asked but all Nikki did was pat her on the head and walk away leaving Sky confused. Wait, but when did Nikki become taller than her? And why did she feel so itchy? She looked at one of the floor tiles in Nikki's kitchen. Where was her reflection? All she could see was the reflection of Wish, Nikki's dog. She screamed and Nikki came running over to her. "It's okay. Here, want your favorite squeaky?" she said handing it to her as she left again.
Sky suddenly realized what had happened. She somehow had become Wish. She didn't know how that could be possible. Then, she remembered the poundkeepers words, "You'll be sorry." Was she really that crazy?

Sky woke up with a shock. She wasn't in Wish's body anymore and she was back in her own room. "I have to tell Nikki." she decided.

"Are you serious?" Nikki laughed the next day as Sky told her about her dream. "You were Wish?"
Sky nodded.
"Don't freak. It was probably just a stupid dream." Nikki replied still laughing.
"Easy for you to say, you weren't the one who was in a dog's body! Besides, it seemed so real!" Sky cried.
"I'm sorry, I just can't believe you." Nikki insisted.
Sky just nodded. "I'll see you later, I have to go do homework."

Later that day, Nikki called Sky to see if she wanted to go shopping. "Hey Nikki, I'm sorry but Sky is taking a nap right now." her mom answered and hung up.
"Taking a nap?" Nikki wondered. Why would Sky be taking a nap? She never took naps. Despite her questions, she decided to instead, go home and play with Wish.

As she opened the door to her home, Wish hurriedly came to greet her. "Hey Wish! How's my favorite puppy doing?" she said in a baby voice.
Wish rushed up to her and barked "But I'm not Wish! I'm Sky!" as Nikki entered the house and set her things down.
Nikki just looked down at her and said, "How cute! Somebody wants attention!"
Sky frowned in annoyance that Nikki believed she was Wish. She started to follow Nikki into the kitchen. Nikki was making a chocolate milkshake. "These are Sky's favorite. Do you remember her? She was the nice person with us when I adopted you." Nikki explained as she poured some into a glass for herself.
This was her chance. Sky gave Nikki a bite on the leg causing her to drop her milkshake.
"Bad dog!" Nikki shouted almost playfully. "Don't eat that! Chocolate isn't good for dogs!" but she was surprised to see that Wish wasn't lapping up the shake but instead, sliding in it leaving a mess all over the floor. Once she stopped, there were words clearly written on the floor. To Nikki's amazement and shock, those word were, "I AM SKY"

Nikki fell to the floor in tears. She didn't believe this was real. Sky had been telling the truth. "Come here Sky." she whispered as Sky walked up to her. "How could this have happened? It's not possible." Nikki said. She saw Sky disappear fo a moment and then reappear with Wish's adoption certificate.
"The poundkeeper!" Nikki realized as she quickly scooped Sky up and ran to the pound.

Nikki burst through the pound doors to find the poundkeeper who she had adopted Wish from. "You! What did you do to my friend Sky?" she asked with rage in her tone.
The poundkeeper simply laughed. "She didn't want a dog, so she simply became one."
"Please, you have to stop this." Nikki pleaded. Sky was just as upset and desperate.
"I'm afraid I can't." the poundkeeper said.
"But why not?" Nikki asked.
Sky growled at the poundkeeper.
"You shut up." she said pointing at Sky. "As for you, I just simply can't change her back. Think of it this way, it won't be to bad. She can still be human when her dog form is sleeping.
"But I want to be human all the time!" Sky barked with rage.
The poundkeeper shook her head.
That was it, Sky had had it. She ran out the door and into the street. Nikki ran to follow her when suddenly, she heard a Bang! She ran faster to find Sky laying in the middle of the road, a truck right behind her. "Was this your dog?" the truck driver asked with sympathy in his voice.
"No, she was my friend." Nikki cried.
