I am the worst friend ever. I knew one of my friends liked this guy who asked to be my date for the Senior Ball and I said yes. Thing is, I find out after I said yes that she liked him. I felt so guilty about having the guy that she liked that I didn't tell her for a week or two. Then, she found out from that guy that he was taking me to the ball and now she hates my guts and won't talk to me. Thing is, I totally understand how she feels and have no problem with her hating me because I deserve it! I should have told her from the start that he asked me out. I just hate confrontation between my friends that somehow I made my situation worse than it was by not telling her the truth.
