The title just about says it all, but I suppose I can elaborate.

I'm in a long distance relationship, and when I say long, I mean LONG. We live a few states away, for anyone who didn't know. Anyways, the point is, a bunch of my friends who have been in LDRs keep telling me that they never work out, that since you two can't be together, one or the other of the couple starts to look around more, and eventually loses interest.

Another one of my friends was apparently led on by a girl for more than a year, before she finally got bored and told him that he annoyed her and that she didn't ever want to talk to him again.

My fears may be groundless (God, I hope they are...) but I can't help but wonder....

I love her. That's obvious, from all the things she does to me, just by talking for a few minutes with me....

I just hope everything works out. I don't want to lose her...
