Chapter 13

Kiara watched them take Sasame away. Kiba snuck up behind Kiara "GIMME THE CHICKEN!!!!" He shouted and made Kiara jump and the chicken flew up in the air. "MINE!" Kiba yelled, "No, MINE!" Kiara said hitting Kiba in the face. Kiara caught the chicken. "Ow..." Kiba rubbed his face. Shikamaru sat down and watched the clouds... "Chikako, I wish Kiba Inuzuka would stop being a pest!" Kiara said. Kiba sat down and said nothing, "Wow, that worked..." Kiara said as a feather from Chikako's tail fell to the ground. "Oh, Shika-kun!" Kiara said sitting down next to him. Shikamaru's eyes shot open "Kiara Inuzuka!" he said romantically, as the wish made him do, "You killed an Uchiha, you must have great power..." he said not controlling his words, "Would you like to meet me at my place at 8:00pm, maybe get some dinner and watch the sunset, and tell me about your power?" Shikamaru asked. "You mean, like a date?" Kiara asked "SURE!!!" she said. "Yeah, i guess like a date" Shikamaru blushed. Kiara blushed too and sat the chicken in Kiba's lap (who was sitting quietly on the ground not saying anything) Kiara blushed again as Hikari ran towards them. "Hey! Kiara!" The Hyuuga of the main branch called waving her hand, "I saw an ambulance! who was in it?" Hikari asked and sat down with relief. "Uchiha Sasame..." Kiara said not looking at Hyuuga Hikari. "Sasame!?" Hikari gasped "our team-mate?" Kiara looked at Shikamaru, the the clouds, then at Hikari and repleted "Yes, that no good brat is probably dead..." Kiara confessed. "What! Brat? Uchiha Sasame is one of the nicest girls i know? how come you not sad?" Hikari demanded a response. "Cuz, we were never friends," Kiara closed her eyes and sighed. "WHAT?!" Hikari yelled, "you two have been friends since the academy!" Hikari yelled then paused. "You! You- Killed her didn't you?" Hikari said angrily scream "You- You, What did you do!" Hikari yelled, Kiara opened her eyes slowly and tilted her head to the side. "Hyuuga Hikari, why yell, I was only protecting My future husband..." Kiara said brutishly (sort of like Ino) "What?! oh, you mean Shikamaru-kun?" Hikari said her hands in fists as she could not bare herself any longer. "INUZUKA KIARA!" Hikari yelled "SASAME HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE YOU BEST FRIEND ALONG WITH ME!" she yelled horsely. "Hi-Hikari.... I- I" Kiara was on the verge of tears, Kiara paused and remembered there past together...
