Winter mornings in my room...
In bed for sleep I want to stay,
But beyond my frosted window
Is my world of blue and grey.
The clean light through the curtains shy
The color of my room away,
And as I wake up, all I see
Are walls and floor of blue and grey.
Outside I step into the snow.
I look up as to greet the day.
I close my eyes, and breathe in deep,
And fade to shades of blue and grey.
