Well, Plainwell really got torn up. It looked like a war zone when my dad and I drove through. Our area didn't get hit quite as hard, but it was still pretty bad, and we didn't have power. I was at Kate's house when it first started, and her power went out, a tree came down pretty darn close to the house, and her neighbor's yard totally flooded. There were trees snapped off at the middle that flew all the way across the road, and the whole shopping strip was out of power. The only place to eat was Big Boy's, and I really hate that place, but I handn't eaten all day long, and my blood sugar was low.

So, first there was a really long line just to get into the place, and then when we finally got seated, they wouldn't even take our drink orders for about fifteen minutes. Then, it was a 40 minute wait for the food. Dad got the bar, so we thought he was lucky, but they were out of everything but cabbage soup. They ran out of iced tea, then they ran out of salad, every sentence out of the waitress' mouth was, "We're out of..." It was awful. And the place was freezing. So, when we finally got our food, I ate it all before we got our first refills. Since we had no power, I had to go to bed early.

4th of July....

Was actually pretty good. I slept in, and then Mom and I went to the store to get the stuff we needed. Mom let me try some wine at dinner, and it was horrible. Except at the store, I saw this one awesome wine brand: Fat b*****d. It has a hippo for the mascot/logo thingee. I wanted that wine.

So, I got pissed with my dad...and he's all like, "Please don't be mad at me, I hate it when you're mad." So I told him, "Why the hell should I?". And what he said pissed me off even more, "Because I asked." Would my parents stop being mad at me just because I ******** asked!?! scream scream I don't think so.

That was that then. We had mint chocolate chip ice cream, and Marcia came over, then she left. I watered the neighbor's flowers, and now I'm here. But, not for long, because I installed updates for the computer and I have to restart now.
