A sub, a kiss, and Poseidon's Gift. (Weird dream.)
Like the title says, I had a dream last night. But it's weird, because usually you don't remember that much of your dream, but I remember almost all of it. In the dream, my dad had somehow obtained a submarine that looked small from the outside but was big enough to live in for a while on the inside. Also weird, I could breathe underwater, see well in the water without goggles and salt stinging my eyes (I think we were somewhere in the Caribbean), and I could swim really well. Huh. Problem was, my dad wanted to move into that sub and live there, underwater, travelling the seven seas. There were other people on the sub, but I can't remember that well. There was a girl there who I was friends with or something, I can't remember that part, and a few other people who could breathe underwater and stuff like I could. Another problem was that my dad wanted to STAY underwater for something like five years. That didn't sit well, because I guess there was a girl abovewater who I kinda liked and liked me. (No weird remarks about this part from commentors, okay?) I tried to get my dad to change his mind, but he wouldn't. On the day that I had to leave, I kissed the girl from abovewater. Just on the cheek, but it's WEIRD. It seems to be my mind's whole reason for remembering the dream, because it was nice, and it was kinda sad to leave. Huh. Then I guess years passed, and an older me was screwing around on a beach. Then I saw the girl from abovewater again, and she was older too. I ran/swum/whatever'd back to the submarine and told my dad we had to pick her up. He said we had something like five minutes before they left without me. The rest is a little fuzzy, but I remember getting the girl, the sub leaving, and me catching up to it with the girl somehow and getting inside. It's fuzzy from there to where I saw sitting in a rowboat with an old lady at the bottom of the cul de sac that is my street, only instead of road it was water about 10 feet deep. Then the old lady stood up in the water below the boat, only it was only a few feet deep, not ten feet, and said something like 'There's your ride'. Then I guess I got back into the sub, because it's really fuzzy from there. I guess I woke up then. What a weird/nice/sad/confusing dream. I wonder if it means something?
