Being a lesbian myself, I honestly despise Proposition 8. And I can't understand why those who voted for it and actually passed it did so once more, for marriage can no longer be claimed a 'religious constitution', since Atheists and others get married who either do not believe in any sort of God, Gods, etc. or any supernatural force, etc.
But, the reason for this journal is not to complain about it or annoy anyone over it. Instead, it is to give serious props to Keith Olbermann, a man who is neither gay nor honestly understands it, but has written and spoken something so true, so... well, to the point, that it has touched my heart and others. And not being much of a person to cry anytime, this certainly moved me to tears.
