Guardian/Parent: Smoldering_Nerd Full Name: Calista Oikonomikos Hero Name: Thunderstruck Age: 17 Gender: F Personality: Serious, perfectionist, intelligent, hedonistic, genuine. Likes: The beach, working on her English, Greek mythology, science, dancing. Dislikes: Making mistakes in her English-speaking, deadlines, greed. Powers/Abilities: 1) Storm powers with use of cloud (rain, thunder, lightning, hail, snow, fog) 2) Wind control of air around her 3) Flight with use of cloud Cloud notes: The cloud is conjured up by her. When riding it, it is the size of a coffee table. When in battle, it is the size of a minivan. Only she can ride it. Once conjured, it can follow her and she can position it where she chooses with her wind control. Weaknesses: Being separated from her cloud or otherwise unable to conjure it to use the storm abilities. Fire/heat powers used on her cloud will destroy it since clouds are made from water. This also applies if the air around her is too dry to even make her cloud. Weapons: A Minoan staff made from bull horns and gold. History: Upon turning 18, Calista will inherit an island in Greece left to her by her wealthy deceased father. Her jealous uncle, in an attempt to distract her and steal her inheritance, offered to pay to send her to America to go to school. It was always her dream to study abroad in the U.S. What she didn't know was that her uncle was sending her to a hero institute instead of a typical high school. Her mother continues to fight for Calista's rightful inheritance back in Greece, dealing with the sexism and inefficiency of the Greek bureaucracy.
Calista had been experimenting with her powers ever since she developed them in puberty. She mostly used them for fun around her idyllic home on the island of Santorini and to escape from rowdy parties and flirtatious boys on Mykonos.
If you had your own theme song...: Thunderstruck Other: Named after a former name for Santorini meaning "most beautiful." Secretly, she has ambitions to be an American weather reporter.
