rarely mentioned, practically taboo,
simple words don't do it justice,
the pain I've been through, keeping a secret
that no one knows.
Once it was out of my mouth and out of my mind,
I know I shouldn't have told,
but it made it that much easier,
I hope no one knows or ever finds out,
I will never tell again.
My soul feels the pain and the feeling to tell,

Writing doesn't help, it just brings it up,
bring back the pain and worry.
