Dreams and life; they're one big blur. Why try to deferentiate the two? Just enjoy what you can from both.

Spread Eagle
A friend of mine and I carpool to school for our art classes. I take Illustration and she takes a Life Drawing class. Her first day having a nude model come in happened to be...well... interesting. The knowledge I impart to you know is derived from the story she told me. The guy who came in was in his middle year, totally NOT sexy. That's to be expected for an art class. You're not going to get the privilege of drawing sexy men all the time. He had a pot belly and a weird shaped head. Apparently he wasted no time in stripping himself and immediately sat on the table facing my friend directly and opening his legs spread eagle. This being her first time, and being startled by such things, was taken aback. eek <-- that would have been her face. So she had fun with that. Then he would go around naked looming over people to see how they drew him. I'm sure, for some, being in such close proximity with him was disturbing. He had come in with TWO bags full of bananas. They whole time he was eating them. When he was asked why he ate so many, he calmly replied that he was on a special diet and only eats bananas and celery.... weirdo. One girl had drawn his belly a bit too large so he made a comment of, (imaging a strange voice) "Well, I guess I ate too many bananas TODAY!" Unfortunately I cannot perform the entertaining imitations of his character, so you will have to use your imagination. Be creative, its more fun that way.

The Smells of My Journey
Smell#1 While on my vacation this past week, I drove up to Placerville (a small city near Sacramento, California) with my friend Margo. On the freeway I was taking, there is a section called the "Grapevine". It's basically a freeway that goes over a mountain, up 6 miles and down 6 miles. As we were descending the the other side, my friend Margo exclaimed, "Wow! That's so weird! We're above the clouds!" On further inspection, I commented that it looked more like smog than it did clouds. Eventually we got to the point where we were driving through it. Like most horrid smells, it made its way into the car and nearly killed us. Margo covered her face for protection, and she seemed to succeed a little bit. I couldn't really do anything since I was driving, so I thought I'd be a smartass instead, "Mmmmmm, fresh pollution. So good."
Smell#2 Next we passed about 10 miles of cows since they were being used for manure cultivation and steak twisted . There's actually a really cool steak restaurant on one end of the area, and they even have their own little airport for private jets, so rich people can eat there. It's sooooooooooo good *drool*. Anyway, once again we were put through a putrid smell. Margo coughing beside me, I told her, "Oh come on, it's not everyday you get to bask in the ambiance of cow s**t." (I'm sure you can tell I was having a great time *rolls eyes*)
Smell#3 Well, we were coming to a close of our 350 mile drive. I spotted some black and white road kill and was like, "*sypathetic voice* Aw, how sad..." then the smell hit me, "*... *irritated voice* and it was a skunk." Ah man, it was so gross, I could taste it in my mouth BLEGH! *shudder*; Margo: *dying some more* The great part was as soon as the smell hit us the song "Hands Down" by Dashboard Confessionals started playing. For those of you who don't know, it begins like so, "Breath in for luck, Breath in so deep, This air is blessed you share with me..." Ya, it was great.... *sweatdrop**twitch*
