On their way to the west the sanzo party made a great discovery, Genjo Sanzo's long lost baby sister; Kara. She doesn't have any memory of her past, except that she has a brother. She goes with them on their journey, and helps Hakkai basically babysit. Her weapon is a small mirror that can reflect attacks, as well as absorb them(as well as elements) and multiply their power and create barriers. Kara and Goku both fall in love, even though Sanzo is secretly protective and against it. In the far future after everything is taken care of they have a half-breed daughter named Lena, she is a daddy's girl and adores all three of her uncles. Kara and Goku raise her never to be ashamed of what she is. Kara is free-spirited, tough, caring, and kind.
