I FINALLY GOT MOCHI!
Take that!
I managed to purchase one from the MP at 31K.
Now I get to change my sig and earn lots of gold. I'm really broke now. I don't know what I will quest for next, if anything. I guess I'll just horde gold for now. Maybe I'll work for some stuff on my wish list, or make a donation to the Bday charity. Maybe I'll even enter myself into the arena. Who knows!

As far as I know, mom won a trophy. I'm almost to the point where I could ask a charity for help. I only need 300g to do that. Go me! Finals are coming up, so this could still take awhile.

So I just realized today (being the idiot I am sometimes), that 3-10th place fishers all get bronze trophies. That means mom will earn a bronze. However, she has to go down to grandma's because grandma has a lump in her remaining breast and should have surgery. There is a doctor's appointment/surgery scheduled later for this week and mom probably has to go. *sigh*
I'm not any closer on obtaining mochi due to sudden gaia inflation.

I just wanted to say that sadielady is in 4th place! I made a siggy to support her. I'm getting closer to mochi. I found a charity that would pay the rest of the way if I got 75% of the gold. Only 3k more and I'll contact that charity!

Great news! I have earned all three guppy helms! Now it's on to the bass helms, which I'm about a third of the way to completing already!
As for mochi, I'm 2/3 of the way there. I'm making a lot of gold selling trash in the game exchange forum. I could sell my tickets too and make an easy 4k. I guess I haven't yet.
Mom's a fishing phene. Sadielady is her username. She's fifth in line for winning fishing for this month. Just think: only two more places and she could get a bronze trophy to carry around. Last month I thought she'd be a good contender for the junk trophy! Go sadie! I should make thread, siggy, or both for her.

I just earned my red guppy cap! My orange cap will now be displayed in my house next to my yellow cap. I will wear the red one until I earn my first guppy helm. That should only be a few fishing trips away. Then I'll start the bass helms.

Another part of my side quest has been finished! In addition to questing for items, I have been working to earn fishing hats. I'm working to get one of everything. It's like earning fishing trophies. I earned my yellow guppy hat some time ago. Today I just got my orange guppy hat! Shortly, I will have my red guppy hat as well. I also qualify right now for a orange guppy helm.
Speaking of fishing, my mom Sadielady is in the top 15 for Port de Gambino! The last time I checked, she was #9. She's working hard for that trophy. Go her!
My mom has really done well in her short time here on gaia. She's earned herself both donation items from last month, along with Mochi and a pink seedkin hat. I want Mochi really badly. I'm just about half way there. I would be farther, but the price on Mochi has gone up about 3k.
Anyways, I don't have a lot of time for gaia since I'm a college student, but when I'm here, it is fun!

My gold is finally back to five digits! I'm about 1/3 of the way to a mochi plushie. Go me! At this rate, I'll have it in another month. stare Oh well, it's something to work for! It makes Gaia interesting!
