Name: Deoxo (De-ex-o)
Race: Alien classified as a Signeto by humans.

Abilities: Deoxo's race has a single ability that can branch into millions (or the limit allowed by a thread) known as Signature. His people have the power to survey every tiny detail about a person, object, anything really, and learn every single trait. This isn't even the highlight of the power itself. It also allows them to fully copy someone else's power for their own use and locks it into their system for the rest of their lives. So be careful when fighting a Signeto because they can use your own power to defeat you.
Deoxo has Signatured an ability much like Gambit's from X-men. He can control and manipulate kinetic and potential energy. Though unlike Gambit, Deoxo uses this to also drain energy from physical attacks. You see anything in motion is using kinetic energy, so if made contact with Deoxo he can drain all that force which kills the momentum and basically makes a powerful attack into a much weaker attack. He can also use it to prevent a victim from escaping, though he doesn't find that to be fun. Also with this he can make a simple object, like the bangles he wears, into a deadly weapon by just storing an over charge of potential energy which in his case makes the object glow a dark orchid color.
Deoxo has also Signatured physical ability enhancements. This makes him much stronger and faster, more nimble and flexible, and makes his skin and bones stronger to withstand more damage.
Weaknesses: Deoxo has a thing for needles and thread, so he loves to sow things. His clothing and flesh are two things that he loves to sow and when either of them get a cut, he will literally stop what he is doing to fix them. Sadly this makes him easier to kill due to his lack of care in the middle of a fight. Though he has a kind of kicker, that if he gets exactly seven cuts in both his flesh or clothes, he goes into an extremely focused mode and will end the life of what ever caused this damage.
Birthplace: Deoxo's planet has yet to be found by humans, and he never speaks of it therefore no one knows.
Deoxo's history: Sadly Deoxo doesn't have an origin story, the amount of people who survive and encounter with this feline like alien never really get the chance to ask where he came from. What is know is that Deoxo was exiled from his planet due to the intense insanity that flowed form his body. This alien has killed children, pets, family, civilians, and even broken out of their high security prisons several times. Even for his insanity and crazed nature, he is much smarter than one would give credit for and instead of the rest of his race just trying to mimic every power they meet, he only grabs ones that he deems and the most useful. Due to this instinct, he actually is more powerful than the rest of his race because he has less powers to try and figure out which is better for the situation at hand.
Once Exiled Deoxo drove his spaceship into a planet that was much more advanced than his. The entire planet was basically a machine and the people living there were smart, but not smart enough to know how to deal with a man who's mind seemed to not exist. They were telepaths and telekinetics and claimed to be the smartest in the universe. They were no match for Deoxo as he destroyed half the world and drove hundreds of the mind readers to kill themselves for seeing into his deepest thoughts. Finally the planet's highest leaders found it smartest to just randomly teleport the beast into a different world for their people to deal with.
Sadly his new home was now Earth. Though the planet is full of other supernatural creatures, their space travel and technology was weaker than Deoxo's planet, which means his murderous rampages could go with out notice and he could easily rape and pillage with out trouble. He has no finger prints which is the main use for finding what killed someone on this planet, that an DNA searches. His race's DNA isn't even in the database on Earth and he looks like a normal neko on the planet so no one would suspect him as the unmarked species roaming around. He has been on Earth for five years now, and has yet to be caught one for a crime, but that was because he turned himself in to see how strong their defenses were. Of course he easily escaped, with out anyone even noticing, now he lives at large moving from town to town. Causing chaos and bringing Hell with every step.
Deoxo's personality: If you really want to know, than you are asking to dig into the mind of a creature who's main goal in life is to eat, kill, and rape, sometimes in that order. Torture, scar, destroy, bring chaos, and cause ruin. His mind is so random and far out that sometimes it is even hard to learn who he really is. So his personality is truly a disturbing mystery.
Other: It is rumored that Deoxo fears to fall in love because it would make his pillaging, rape, and want to destroy the world much harder. So it is possible for this creature to feel love and you would be one lucky soul for him to fall for.
