OMG I'm gonna be out of town and they are predicting 8+ inches of snow both here and there over the time I'm gone...

Hope I don't get stuck....

I guess I'm back on this Gaia stuff...it's been so long and they've changed so much!

I'm gonna go explore, and we'll see where it takes me...

My roomie is crying...and that makes me sad.

Today, I somehow got talked into attending a KAKE meeting, which is something that I had not thought about for a long time. The KAKE program is a University Exchange program with my home university and a sister university in Japan. We exchange students every year. Last year, I was a student that went, and I found myself on the trip. This year, a new group is going, and I was asked to attend one of the prelimenary meetings to give them tips for the future. I was amazed at how quickly everything came back and how we brought out jokes that were a year old just like we were on the trip yesterday.

Going on an exchange group trip is something that you can never experience again, and it's worth SO MUCH to go. I hope that I can somehow use my Japanese knowledge to encourage other people to go on a trip like that.

Hi everybody! I'm Dr. Nick...no, wait, I'm not...I'm Amauriel! I'm a Senior in College (for 9 more days...then I'm an ALUMNI!)

I'll post more...for now, tomorrow is my last day of real classes(read: pre-finals classes), so I have some homework to finish.
