Ok this is a poem in the making. I'm going to be writing poetry for Pegasus (college thing) and I will be posting it here to get reviews and if I need to fix any thing. I do have 16 college hours, so I'm not spitting out poems like crazy. This poem is based off of a song from Tsubasa R.C. (in episode 19) called To the City of Wind:
A City in the Clouds
A City in the Clouds
Gentle dreams covered in white flowers
Carry me to your embrace.
Pink clouds line the sun, as it gives life to a new day
Staring at your face, captured by the sweetness of your smile.
Nightmares are chased away by your caress,
Light flourishes in my heart as you gaze upon my face.
A City in the Clouds
Together we dance in the rain, your arms around me evermore.
Rainbows come to play across the sky,
echoing the colors of our love for all to see.
Laying in the afternoon sunlight,
covered with white flowers, water sparkles
As our reflections appear back at us.
A City in the Clouds
White flowers painted with hues of the sunset.
Stealing a moment with the last rays of sun
To be with you, holding hands.
Such gentle creature living in the Clouds,
How could I not love you?
Could this blissful dream ever end?
