The unfair banning of xion-dono and the lies of a troll |

This is going to be long. The first section is going to point out the numerous lies of an ED troll and show how all of the accounts truly belong to the same person. This is in the hope that the mods can see that neither I, nor the others who have reported this person, are lying and that this person and all of their accounts need to be banned. I gave this person the nickname of "methlab" in an attempt to shorten "Methcalarjalope" in a thread that no longer exists. Others know this user as "Noora", and others have the suspicion that it is "Barry". More on these points later. The second part of this is going to illustrate how "Noora" singled me out and deliberately tried to get me banned by lying and taking things out of context. The third part will be about the failure of a moderator that goes by the name of Sira_Black to be effective when moderating and the failure of the Gaia staff to actually look into this and give xion a permanent ban.
I would like to begin by saying, yes, xion was banned for 2 weeks for trolling. The user "I Just Won't Die" (who has been banned from Gaia numerous times for being a *****) reported me for flaming a "noob" if you will in the ED. I figured it was fair and a one-time thing, even though my flaming was no more excessive than a typical EDer. This recent 2-week ban is undoubtedly what made my account able to be permanently banned with such little cause.
Part I
I'm only addressing three accounts that belong to "Noora", even though I'm aware of at least 4 other accounts that this user is suspected of trolling with. The users Methcalarjalope, mrsculedhel, Aloha Loi Helena, and Hepzeba are all the same person. Merely looking at their profiles you can already find obvious similarities. Hepzeba is a minor character in this, and really I just got bored going through post histories, but Aloha Loi Helena is used to make spam comments and just act like a typical young girl while still debating, but mainly chatting in the ED. mrsculedhel seems to be the main account seeing as it misbehaves the least and rarely ever chats or breaks forum rules (at least obviously), and Methcalarjalope is supposed to be a foreigner. Anyone who looks at the post histories of these accounts can also see that they post in Extended Discussion and its subforum Morality & Religion exclusively. But all 3 post in the subforum. Which to me is suspect at the very least.
The main account, mrsculedhel, admits to having mules, (She also admitted to me that she was the same person as Methcalarjalope), and said mules often respond to posts from separate accounts, and I mean often. She even thanked me from another account for bumping the thread. At one point she responded from three different accounts.
According to Methcalarjalope's profile she loves Allah and pretends to be foreign. But later we will see her admit to being American and claim that she is not Muslim. Which is odd from someone who also claims to be middle eastern, to live in horrible conditions, and to not be a native speaker not once, but twice, even though she is clearly a native speaker. This user takes the "foreign" approach so far as to call us infidels, and what's more western infidels. It's interesting that Methcalarjalope would make such a comment considering she also says that she does not believe in race. Which is a sentiment shared by mrsculedhel. Clearly Methcalarjalope is at the very least a liar, if not also mrsculedhel. But wait there's more!
Aloha Loi Helena claims on her profile that she is 23, but in the forums she once told a user that she was 13. Typo you say? Except that she maintains this claim. Aloha is one interesting conglomerate. First she claims to be a lesbian, then a catholic, then a pagan lesbian. That last picture is an OP where she is asking for someone to explain something simple to her about Christian faith, but then you can also find an OP where she clearly understands the Easter holiday. Aloha's politics are also insanely inconsistent. She says that she's in favor of legalizing drugs but also that agrees with Sarah Palin. Not only that, but Aloha does actually TROLL the forums. Trolling, as defined by the mods, is making inflammatory remarks in an attempt to get a response. What do you call this? Since she maintains it for the ENTIRE thread, I call it trolling. More trolling than I'D ever done mind you.
Now where did this name "Noora" come about? I'm glad you asked. Aloha Loi Helena is aware of this nickname, but claims that it's for her "mother". May I take a moment to point you back to Aloha's profile and mrsculedhel's profile? They both have pictures of "themselves" and while mrsculedhel is clearly a white woman, Aloha is clearly asian. How does that work out? Regardless, let's look towards mrsculedhel to help us figure out when the name "Noora" STARTED. A banned account you say? People also call mrsculedhel "Barry" but she denies this. Although it does make sense considering "Noora" admits that she is actually he.
I am not the only user that is being annoyed, to say the least, by "Noora". Siphilis and Village Midget are annoyed, and Siphilis even makes a post about being creeped out. It truly is creepy to see this man pretend to be all these different people and talk to himself. In Part II you will also see some arguments against "Noora" by Unholy Mule Man. There is more evidence that these users are all the same person and all liars, but if you don't believe me by now I don't know that it will help.
Part II
"Noora" deliberately tried to get users banned. She seems to think that I am "Denz", and again, and Denz and Siphilis. She believes that I am stalking her. None of these above claims are true. Not a single one. xion-dono was my main account, Siphilis was a separate person, and I have NO idea who "Denz" is. But I know the exact charges that she brought against me. I was reported for the use of the word "methlab" as Methcalarjalope perceived it to be a racial slur, which I find painfully ironic next to her "infidels" comments. "Noora accuses me of the ad hominem fallacy over and over. Not only me but Village Midget. Please read in full the next two posts by Aloha Loi Helena and Unholy Mule Man. The quote towers in these are especially important. You see, Unholy Mule Man has just shown that Noora is breaking the rules. Noora stalked me to report me, made false claims, and defrauded me from not only my ability to post, but inevitably my account. Noora reported false things to the mods and made me out to be someone I'm not. Which brings me to:
Part III
The mod who first warned me for trolling was Sira_Black. She told me that I was trolling the forums and when I asked her to provide me with proof she sent me this in return:
xion-dono HEY METHLAB WHY ARE YOU IGNORING MY POSTS? IS IT BECAUSE I KNOW YOU TROLL AND YOU'RE NOT A CHRISTIAN NOR A MUSLIM? ARE YOU AFRAID OF ME METHLAB??
Well that's all fine and dandy, but a) that wasn't a racial slur and b) I was trying to facilitate discussion. See with Noora you often run into posts like this where she dodges questions and refuses to debate and sucks you into a trap, getting you to say something like the above.

This is spamming at best. I do not see how I am trolling with this in anyway. Not only that, but it was obviously in response to another photo that another user had posted. Why am I more guilty than them?
xion-dono No, just you. I've treated everyone else with civility but that's because I deem them to have similar brain capacity as me. That whole not contradicting themselves thing was a good start. I've actually tried to ask questions and debate but you avoid them. Interesting...
Which honestly is flaming at best. The only part of that that is offensive is my attack on Noora's mental capability and the rest of it, including that part, was trying to get the discussion back on track.
I wrote Sira_Black quite a lengthy PM in response... but I don't have it because I got banned. I'm not even quite sure what all I said in that PM, all I know is the next day I have an email saying that xion-dono is permanently banned. Now according to Sira_Black's profile she is "currently a Site Moderator and as such, I am responsible for moving threads within the Extended Discussion and Entertainment Discussion forums." First off, Extended Discussion needs it's OWN mods. Extended Discussion and Entertainment Discussion? Really? That person is going to mod for both? Secondly, the ED mods need to be people who actually POST in the ED. Where does Sira_Black post? Her post history places her in Charity and Chatterbox exclusively. Except for the current Easter Event. So why is it that this ONE mod was able to get me permanently banned? Someone who doesn't post in the ED, someone who barely took the time to look over my case, and basically just got me banned because I pissed her off? The moderating system is flawed, any Gaian can see this, I think it's about time that Gaia fixed this. I like the way Shrantic put it once "The mods are like police and the trolls are like mass murderers. But right now the mods are pulling people over for speeding and the mass murderers are running free and it's chaos."

I got a response from Gaia Staff and it just furthers that I was set up by this person and that they assumed I was using mules when I was in fact not.
