I can still remember those days before I entered the Academy. I entered the academy as soon as I completed elementary school. I was always bullied in elementary. The worst of them all was Jack Radcliffe. He wasn't like traditional bullies, he was something else.
I was always threatened by Jack. He once set up some mulch on the playground like mini wooden spikes on the ground near the bright blue monkey bars. He knew I loved to climb around those things. As soon as I was able to reach the third bar Jack pushed me off of the bars, and the mulch pierced my flesh. As soon as I told Ms. Peak, Jack and his friends came over then said it was my friend John Rogers. She believed him because we always messed around in her class.
John Rogers is still my friend today. As a matter of fact, he was accepted into the Academy as well.
