Title: Summer School Chaos
Genre: High School,
Prologue: Your parents have sent you to the Excelsior Summer Boarding School this year. The school aims to teach it's students what they need to know to survive in life, so each student has a unique curriculum. Of course with the school being in an area of isolated English countryside al kinds of things can happen without the outside world being any the wiser.
Rules:
1) Follow the TOS
2) Follow the guild rules that are not mentioned in the TOS
3) No Godmodding (for those unfamiliar with the term things like auto hits, taking control of other characters.
4) Keep occ chat to a minimum and obvious if you need to need it
5) Try to balance advantages and disadvantages and RP both.
6) You only play students.

Advantages: fast runner; highly agile and acrobatic, can do some contortionism
Disadvantages: Severly Arachnophobic (even a tiny spider has her running), easily startled.
Background: Friendly and enthusiastic, Ridien has traveled from London to the school. Her curriculum is based of domestic skills and dealing with her seeming lack of passive perception.

The locations
The Excelsior Summer Boarding School is located in the Fens, just by The Wash.
There are several acres of grounds surrounding the two buildings, The Accomodation Building and The Education Building.

The Accomodation block houses the students; the five teachers; the headmistress and the other staff who live on site. This building has three floors, the ground floor having the main school hall; the student common room; the kitchen and the dining room.
The first floor is the student dorms, one for boys and one for girls. There are always spare beds availiable.
The second floor is the staff suites and the luggage storage rooms.
There is believed to be an attic, though no one knows how to get to it, or if it even exists.

The Education Building also has three floors.
The ground floor has: the physical education centre (sports hall; indoor pool; multi gym and seminar room); the domestic sciences suite (classrooms and specially designed kitchen) and the arts suite (music rooms (sound proofed) and art studios).
The first floor has a series of classrooms; seminar rooms and a large lecture theatre.
The second floor has more seminar rooms and staff offices.

The grounds have a range of sports fields, a wooded area and a large pond (with residient fish and ducks). A dyke runs along the south edge of the grounds and from the top you can just make out the sea in the distance.


A quick note on the location.
I chose the location because I used to live on the edge of the fens (about an hours drive from the in game location), and the kind of weather that iss common in summer was bright clear days, with a strong cool breeze which took the edge off the heat.
