Just a quick log of thoughts, musings, notes and ideas. Nothing too fancy and I'm not the type to tyrade, so it should be safe sailing.
I have to admit, I'm a little scared. I need to see the doctor next week (I'll spare you all the feminine details) and find out what the trouble is. Hopefully it will be an easy fix since I can't take most medications with estrogen because I've had a blood clot once before. My doctor is a sweetie, though, and makes me feel totally at ease and actually LISTENS.
I've got some new artwork in the pipeline at the Artarena, but don't know when it will come through. I'm patient, though. Just tonight I had a wonderful idea for something I've never attempted before and am so excited to get started on it! I'm not giving away anything until the project is complete and everyone can see the finished product.
My prayers go out to those bracing for Hurricane Dennis. I just read it's up to Category 4 and is expected to devestate the Gulf Coast AGAIN. I love Florida dearly and have relatives there, so I hope everyone is all right. Universal Studios can only use so many twisted palm trees for their Dr. Seuss section of the amusement park.
I feel just a little less lost than yesterday. I tried the fishing game. The critters weren't biting. domokun
I've uploaded two pieces to the Artarena, but they're still stuck in "approval pending" limbo. It will be interesting to see what happens when they finally show up!
Ah well, off to bed for me. Goodnight, and a deep bow for anyone who may read this. heart
I've seen other friends use Gaia and decided to dip my toe in the water. It also looks like a place where my daughter would have fun!
This might take a while for me to get the hang of things, but I'll do my best.
I do have an account at DeviantArt ("Kieri"wink that features the bulk of my artwork. I have fanfiction posted at both MediaMiner and Fanfiction.net (under "Kieri" as well), and may incorporate some of my mischief here. whee
I guess it's time to slide down the learning curve.
