Beth's Updade on her life
I'm very random so it will be cool and weird!!
My name’s Roseabella Suesannah Jackson. I’m writing this from the room I’m being held captive in. Your probably wondering why a fifteen year old girl would be in a room as a hostage to begin with. Well, the truth is…I’m no ordinary girl. I’m actually a Teen that’s been through awful things that are too gruesome for most people to even see in a movie. Half of those gruesome things are my fault. The other part is, well, up for grabs. I should probably explain why I’m even here. And to do that, I have to go way back. So this is my story.

Six months ago, I was sitting on a rock, in front of a seven-eleven in a town called Maples. How I got there I still don’t know, but, I got there. Anyway, there I was sitting on the rock, thinking how I was going to get food and where I would travel next, when I saw a shadow, by the forest that was near by. I didn’t know who it was, but, I’ve seen a lot of things, most of them bad and when my gut tells me something, I listen. And most of the time when my gut talks, it means death is near. To bad I was stupid and let curiosity take over. I went into the forest. It was full of old oak trees, pine trees and, of course, sugar Maples. As I was creeping into the forest, I started to get the sense that this forest had seen as much bloodshed as I. Then, I saw the mysterious shadow crouching on top of something. I hid behind one of the Oaks and let my eyes adjust to the darkness and my surroundings. It didn’t take long to find the shadow and see what it was doing. The shadow belonged to a man, with copper red hair. Below him was a girl, no less my age, tied by little pieces of rope.

The rope held her hands and feet together. I could only see the girl’s face because it was turned towards me. As for the man, I couldn’t tell his age, but he appeared to be forty because he had a bald patch of hair. The girl was trying to scream but could not because the man had stuffed a sleeve of her jacket in her mouth. Her brown eyes were filled with terror as the man stroked her chestnut colored hair, gently, telling her to hush, with a gentle voice, saying “All will be well soon”, but you didn’t have to be Sherlock to figure out that, that was far from the truth. I don’t know why, but, rage filled my heart. Anger, that seeped into my mind, normally I never felt these emotions in a battle, but this time was different. I changed and so did my opinions. All the emotions I started feeling were what caused me to do, what I did next. I stepped away from my hiding place, and started walking towards them. They were in the middle of a clear meadow with soft grass. The tree’s covered the top, allowing shade. It was so deep in the forest even if the girl had screamed I doubt she would have been heard. As I got closer, I started fumbling through my bag, to find my weapon. As the man was telling the girl, shush, I had my weapon in my hand. It had been a long time since I griped it.

That’s when the girl saw me. Her deer-like brown eyes filled with tears as if she was praying I would be her savior. Well, I was. I Yelled. The man spun around to see what had caused the noise, but he was too slow. I had already spun on my foot, making contact with his face. The shock on his face clearly explained he hadn’t known I was there before. But with the grand entrance I just made, he knew now. He fell to the floor, and tried to get up. But I put my blade, right by his temple and said: “Run, and hide. But, know, I am a hunter and you are my prey. And if I catch you once more you will know my pain”. And with that I sliced his right pinkie off. He howled in pain, swearing, kicking, and trying to stop the bleeding. But I know for a fact, that a wound like that won’t heal by just applying pressure. I left the guy where he was laying, and went to go check on the girl. She looked at me, her eyes scared.

I guess, she thought I was going to kill her. Instead, I freed her hands and legs from the rope that had been roughly tied. As soon as she was free, she tried to back away from me. She wasn’t doing a good job, because her right leg was broken. It’s amazing how I just saved this girl and now she was looking at me as if I was a monster. And I agree. I am a monster. But, sometimes, monsters do good things. The least she could do was say thanks. I should have seen it coming, but, instead I was too, wrapped up in my thoughts. When, BAM! I felt the guy’s hand hit me, hard on the left cheek. Okay, that was going to leave a bruise. I fell to the floor, getting all sorts of twigs and leaves twisted in my straight dark brown hair. But, it didn’t matter. All that mattered was saving the girl. I quickly got up, just in time to see, the man grab the girl and say: Come here! It was in a very harsh tone.

The man was heading for the girl, when I grabbed my sword and
