Lord Cis Information Pt 1
Origins
A circle of dust spiraled across the campsite where the the Sith apprentices had stopped to rest after a long day of unrelenting training in the Korriban sun. A grizzled old taskmaster looked over his students with a stern look and began to speak.
"Sit, young ones, and listen to the story of the Painter and the Sith Lord. An ancient Sith legend that was taught to me when I stood in your shoes..
There once was a painter, skilled and talented, passionate and ingenious. He worked hard on his homeworld, creating masterpieces that would marvel and shock his people. But the painter believed his art was missing something, something vital and all important. There were many artists on his homeworld, and they all competed with one another constantly. One such rival was particularly insulting to the Painter, and the two challenged each other time and time again.
Finally, after months of fighting, The painter grew tired of fighting with his rival, and so, by the quiet of night, he crept into his rivals home and brutally murdered him. Not only that, but he took the body of his now dead Rival to his home and used his blood and fluids to create a beautiful but disgusting painting. The Artist believed it was the most beautiful work he had ever made, but his people did not agree. In their foolish ways they wanted to imprison the gifted artist and destroy his masterpiece.
Knowing now what his art was missing, the Painter stole a shuttle and took off, wandering through space searching for a people that would accept his art...
The Sith Lord was brutal and cunning, a powerful warrior, and one of our greatest champions, he built a training academy not far from Korriban on a barren world where he trained the best Sith Warriors the Galaxy had ever seen.
However, as great as his warriors were, he knew that none of them could ever defeat him. In his long life he desired only one thing, to train a warrior so powerful that it could kill him. To prove, in death, that he trained the best fighters.
One day, during training, a shuttle landed on the barren moon. It was the Painter. He was captured and brought before the Sith lord, where he sensed a spark of force energy from the young man, However, his students did not notice, thinking him as only a simple artist.
The Painter begged for his life to be spared and the Sith lord agreed to spare his life in exchange for the young artists skills.
And so began the service of the Painter to the Sith lord. He learned to become a Tattoo artist, and made the Sith lords warriors look the most intimidating. He covered the Dark lords halls in portraits and images of his training grounds and before long, he even began working in the med bay, slowly rising in knowledge until the Painter could perform cybernetic replacements and vital surgeries.
It was at this point that the Sith Lord began to see the potential in the Artist , He ordered the Painter to watch his warriors train. And cunningly, through time, the Painter learned the lightsaber techniques and forms. Eventually, The painter became the Sith Lords secret student , and together they learned that the young artist was a powerful spring of force energy. By cover of night, The Sith lord ordered the Painter to kill each one of his students, but he could kill no two the same way.
And so began the slaughter of at least a hundred trained Sith warriors at the hands of a simple Painter.. Each murder was more and more brutal, and by the end of the Painters task, The Sith Lords training grounds was filled with mutilated bodies and tortured victims. Even more, the Painter had grown a taste for unusual kills and sickening deaths.
The Painter crept to the Sith Lords chambers, and in his sleep, murdered the Sith Lord in cold blood. And created another beautiful Masterpiece, using the blood of his former master....
Then, The painter left, Traveling from Sith Lord to Sith lord, offering his services and then eventually, killing his master and leaving. And in time, even the Sith feared him. The painter had put fear into the fearless and soon, no Sith Lord would take him in. The Artist cared little of it and left on his own, traveling the Outer Rim, looking for more bodies with which to make more art. It is said that the 'Master of Fear' Or the 'Carrion Lord' as he was never made a Dark Lord, is still out there, hunting, waiting. Now, can anyone tell me the Moral of this story?...
