He sits alone. In the apartment that held so many of thier memories. The one where they stayed on vacation. The one where they had watched so many movies together. The one where they would sit and talk for hours. All those warm and happy memories, now faded to cold and unhappy lonliness. He's curled up on the couch, watching It's always sunny in Philidelphia, trying to forget his counter part. His partner in crime. His best friend. When there is a knock at his door. He peers over at it, wondering who it could be. He sighs, standing up and trudging over to the door. He opens it an his eyes widen in shock.
"John?" John smiles akwardly, then holds his arm out. In his hand, Mike's black fedora with the red sparkly flames on it. Mike quickly grabs it, holding it to his chest. "Where was it? I thought I left it at an arena!" John sighs. "It was in one of my bags, how it got there, I will never know" Mike nodded, remembering how it got there. Sometimes John and him would put each other's stuff in the other's bag. Mike smiled slightly, and John coughed trying to get his attention.
"Thank you for bringing it to me" John nodded, not telling Mike that he had had it for months now. It was his only part of Mike left. The only reason he was giving it back was because Ron made him. Mike sighed. "Well, I guess I'll see 'ya 'round" John nodded. "Yeah" John turned and walked away. Mike watched him until he disappeared around the corner at the end of the hallway. He stepped back into his apartment, closing the door, leaning against it. Thinking of all the things he could've said. The most important one. 'I miss you John', but he didn't. He didn't open old wounds. Mike sighed, collapsing to the ground, his head leaning against the door. 'Why didn't I?' He thought, fresh tears came to his eyes. "He's got Ron now... That's why" Mike muttered to himself.

John's saddened eyes watched Mike as he flirted with his rookie, Alex Riley. His Mike. The one that doesn't miss him. The one that hates him. John turns away from the sight, walking down the hall, to the locker room. He sits down on the bench, sadly wishing that Eli hadn't gotten voted off. Then he wouldn't be so lonely. Eli and Ron are the only ones that know about John's crush on Mike. The only one's he could talk to about it, but neither of them are here. He's alone. That was until the locker room door swung open, and in came Mike. His rookie no where to be found. Mike locked the door behind him, and flounced his way over to John.
"Hey Johnny" He said, standing in front of the other man, his arms crossed over his chest. "Hey Mike" Mike smiled. "What's wrong Johnny-boy? You miss this? hunh? Do ya?" John didn't answer, his gaze just landed on the floor. "Well truth be told Johnny-baby, I miss you too" John looked up. Mike was being sincere. No hint of kidding in those baby blues of his. "John, I'm so lonely without you..." John stood up and drew Mike close into a hug. John pulls away and smiles. "I miss you too Mikey" Mike smiles, then frowns, pushing John away. "John... I love you... and that's why I'm coming back" John was shocked then smiled leaning in to-
John jolted awake. Another dream about Mike. He sits up, hugging his knees to his chest, burrying his face into them. Tears started to pour, his heart throbbed painfully. He needs Mike. He wants Mike, but he can't have him. He can't have his angel back. Mike. John laid back down, burrying his face in his pillow, where he cryed himself to sleep. Wishing that he hadn't made the mistake he did.
