Puzzle Pieces
"Today, at 5:23, another murder was reported here in Portland. It was here on Marcus Avenue that a young women reported hearing screaming coming from her neighbors home. She heard someone leave the home at around 2am and after that, heard nothing. Though, she could hear her neighbor's dog barking nonstop at their home, going to complain, she found the door left open, and her neighbor nowhere to be found. Upon further inspection of the home, she found her neighbor, Matthew Jacobs, hanging from his stairs over the hallway to his kitchen. Mrs. Johnson, the neighbor who stumbled upon Matthew immediately called the police." A second rate reporter for the channel 5 news was standing in front of a normal looking street, in a mostly normal neighborhood. She kept a serious face, reporting the gruesome news to the world of the newest development, in a series of murder's. "When the police arrived and inspected the body, they found it was indeed, Puzzle."A teenage girl, sitting alone in a normal apartment clicked off the tv, a grin on her lips. The infamous Puzzle, the one known throughout the US now as the leader of the Puzzle Peice Murder's. A series of murder's that had two things in common,
1. Each person who was murdered, was either a murderer, or a high offense criminal.
2. Each one, had part of their body painted, and cut into a puzzle, which was ripped from their body, and then solved upon the open wound it was made. With one piece missing each time.
"Matthew Jacobs, guilty of three murder's, Sally Miller, May Jacobs, his younger sister, and Lynzee Banks. Last seen at blue Bird bar on south boulevard drinking a miller light. His next target, a Mrs. Johnson, age 23."The girl pressed her finger's together, looking over her wall covered in pictures, maps, police reports, missing person's, and names. She knew everything she needed to know, on everyone that mattered. "Let's see.."She dragged her finger down the list on her wall, and saw that she was only to #7 on her list. "Hmm, 7 down, 20 to go."
Her name, is Molly Davis, but most people know her as Puzzle.
