Well, I am pretty sick and tired of being chunky, and it's something I can help. There's folks who can't help but be on the bigger side- that's a given. Their weight doesn't bother me, actually. It's my own, since I am my harshest critic.

Snacks would include carefully-portioned fruits, vegetables or poultry. Even 10 Cheez-it crackers since the serving size is 29 (blegh, I couldn't try to eat that much in one sitting) and that's 180 calories for that handful. The portion I'd eat would be less less than half of 180 cals.
Egg whites are the least fatty part of an egg, only thirteen calories and they are pretty filling. A good snack.
Drinking plenty of water would help with stifling any hunger I have. Also smelling foods I don't like such as mayonnaise would help a lot too. I get nausea from mayonnaise.
At a restaurant, I'd drink a full glass of water before dinner and I'd keep drinking more. Your body needs water in the first place, and for more than just hydration. It also works as a boost for your metabolism.
Now I am at 137-140 lbs. My goal is 110 or below.
