I had a smallish bout of writer's block the other day, so I wrote some poetry to remedy it. = )

Lemme know what you think! heart (It may not be very good, and it's certainly not my best...I just sort of jotted it down, 'cause that's how I usually kill my writer's block... ninja )

Silence

Unbroken, a cold echo,
All things left to imagination.
Unspoken, a frozen voice,
Deadly in it's calculation.


Elliot

Love me, a broken child,
Fear me, as you would the grave,
Hold me to still my tears,
Hate me for what I gave,
Guide me in my darkness,
Leave me in my pain,
Shield me from the sorrow,
Tell me I'm insane,
Hide me from their anger,
Lock me in a cage
Find me in the shadows,
Kill me in your rage.


Calm

Creation redoubled,
Utterly alone,
I lay in the silent ruins
Of my mind,
Alone.
In slumber,
Awakened by the
Shadowed peace
That creeps
Over my soul.
Through it I am reborn
Into a world of
Unceasing night,
A deafening silence
Echoing in my willing ears.
