For Event Stuff Its different. You can go all out and Use any items you want and theres no price limit!! They just have to go with a holiday or event. You dont only need to use items from that event, you can use items that have colors asociated with it. Christmas, New Years, Valentines, Easter ect.
You must keep my face the same.
The Hair Must be Male Rainy Hair BUT the color is up to you!!!!!!
