As always when it comes to me, the name Chaotic Emotion was derived from a song. A song, in fact, of same title.

This song whas written by myself, for a Dungeons and Dragons musical. I will never admit it to him, but it was actually written for my first love... Mind you, he and I only lasted about three months. We now think of each other as brother and sister, and the best of friends.

For those of you familiar with the Dungeons and Dragons game, the vocalist behind this song is a young paladin of Heironeous by the name of Alexinorr. She is distressed because she has fallen in love with the Chaotic Neutral Wizard terrorizing the city her party is attempting to save.

Since Paladins aren't permitted to do anything against their alignment.... Well, you get it.

She stands in the graveyard behind the church, in the rain, and prays.

Little does she know, Adrian, the Wizard, is on his way to kill her because he believes that she has cursed him in some way. He almost barges in on her in mid-song, but instead decides to spy on her from the church doors. In the end, he realises that she is singing of him, and that the feeling he has is the same towards her.

The song is as follows:

"Gods be damned! What is the matter with me!?
Am I so weak as to lose myself - No, lose my heart - to one such as him?
One who has committed such acts?
Oh.... What would the priest say?"

[Adrian walks through the door, but stops and hides when he sees Alexinorr]

He is not a saint, of that much I am certain
It's forbidden, too chaotic for me
This feeling now, I know it should not be
Must I atone myself for this deed?
