Stress
So one of my friends is constantly paranoid every time I get stressed out. She got ulcers this year because she isn't used to stress and was giving school her all on a whim. Now she thinks I'm going to have the same problem. This time of year I tend to get really really stressed out because everyone else is having a harder time and the whether is so dreary. My parents are often a huge cause of stress and school is often even worse (at least now it is) and I don't have anyone I can talk to about it. The only people I would like to talk to are not available to me. So it's like a repeating circle of my friend worrying every time I am in a foul mood because of my stress. And to make things worse, I took one of those random quizzes online. It said I was really stressed out and right now I'm at one of my slightly less stressed points. Any notions on how to change this pattern?
