Idiots.
I've noticed a disturbing trend lately...
When I place an item up on the Marketplace for several thousand gold, I receive at least one private message from someone whose avatar closely resembles "Greased-Up Deaf Guy" in his underwear or an individual who apparently has only been playing for about a week.
The request is always the same thing:
"OMG i kno u have ur [expensive item here] up for 50,000g but can i plz have it 4 2k?!?! I NEED IT SO BADD"
You mean the item I probably paid real money for? Oh, well sure...why not?
Normally I am a generous person... but I can't tolerate someone who doesn't know how to haggle, or is too lazy to save up the money themselves so they expect hand-outs.
I know it's a game, but the majority of the items I have were bought with REAL money, earned because I have a crappy job. If it's something I picked up along the way that didn't cost me anything....and you want it... I will give it to you.
But if I use real money... I want to make a profit. That's the point.
