Deals page complete, more done on zOMG Now that the deals page is completed, tomorrow we should be deploying the new announcement system that will create categorized announcements and move community announcements to the top. The combination of the deals page and the new announcement system should get rid of announcement spam finally. I've made much more progress on the zOMG server, now I need to wait for operations to turn on the other servers, then I will need to figure out the deployment scripts where I can configure all servers at once instead of working on them one by one. So meanwhile, I started working on the additional features for Gaia Favorites. When I got back in December, I marked down the 3 biggest pain points on Gaia being: - zOMG - Announcement spam - Hyper-inflation I think that by the end of Feb we can tackle 2 of the 3 pain points and we can resolve the last one by end of March. I'm excited just thinking about it. Got a plan setup for tackling inflation, nothing sophisticated but I think it'll help address many Gaian's concerns moving forward. But first, time to sleep. My arm's getting sore.

I'm beyond stoked for all of these getting addressed! Mostly ZOMG, but dealing with the inflation is also really nice! How exciting! I bought back every ring in the sets I enjoyed using in ZOMG.

Oh, thank you so much for coming back and seeing right away how painful those 3 are! Zomg is something many of us loved from the bottom of our hearts. The announcements spam made most of us ignore them completely. The inflation is just killing the economy.

And I really glad that you noticed things that gone wrong since you gone, zOMG! disappeared and all proces went really wild. since that, i never touch my gaia again because it was too impossible to earn that amount of golds without zOMG! but now you're back! what should we been worrying about again? God bless you for helping Gaia. So glad you're back. We need you more than ever. zOMG was such a fun game and it brought me close to so many people I miss it dearly. And Lord knows if you could fix the hyper-inflation of gold you'd be our hero. The Gaia economy has took a real s**t. Lol
