I've never been so unsure
About the things I see.
Does that one know I love him?
Does he love me?

People look past everything,
Except their worries and troubles.
They wish they'd just flow away
Like a sea of bubbles.

Life was always in color once.
Now its just black and white.
Do people do what they do
Because they can,
Or out of love or spite?

How can others look on by
Past things that should be seen?
Maybe its just a lost thought,
Or they think its just a dream.

All these thoughts rush to mind
And cling there instantly.
Maybe I'm not the only one.
Maybe its just me.

Whatever thought comes speak
Will almost always break.
They will stay for just a while
Only for time to take.

If you think you are alone,
Think again my friend.
For it is far from the beginning
And also from the end.

Keep your head high,
And close ones to your heart.
For it will take more than death
For the two of us to part.

And if your thoughts are still closed,
Like a bolted door,
Then I suggest you think again
And open your mind once more.
