Where Did All The Smart People Go?

Seriously, they are dwindling in numbers and nearing extinction. Not to mention, stupid people seem to reproduce faster than smart people. If you watch the Maury Show at all, where every other episode is about paternity tests, there are hundreds of people who were too stupid to use protection or keep their legs closed all together. Under common circumstances, stupid parents will most likely produce equally or more stupid offspring. The exceptions to this scenario are rare. What doesn't help is the lower standards of the current times for the under achievers and the higher standards for the over achievers. People are praised for mediocracy and not pushed to achieve further. The system was developed for stupid people by stupid people.
