My Angel
She thinks that she's ugly, fat and worthless. But I don't, I never have. I think she's beautiful in every way. There are others that she likes better. Though she'll never love them, The way I love her. Does she even know that she holds my heart? While I wish that I could hold hers.
She calls me names, calls me stupid. Because I don't listen to her all the time. I don't mind, I long for her insults. They show she knows I'm here. To her, I'm a friend, an acquaintance. To me, she's my perfect world.
She doesn't be believe in love. Only in mutual lust, never real love. Do I lust? Or is there something more? Am I a hopeless romantic? Doomed to love her, but she shall never love me?
She says, sometimes death is all she wants. If she were to die, so would my, So to would my life be gone. I let her hurt me in a thousand ways. Welcoming the sharp sting of pain. Be it from her mouth or her hand.
She is my angel. Though the darkness hides her wings.
