You threw our friendship away over something so small,
Yet had no idea that when you left you'd lose it all.

You wrote me letters, you burned them and sent,
I try to reach out to you, but you never relent.

You tore up my heart and tarnished my soul,
The book that I gave you, the thing that kept us whole.

You feel the need to be cordial but sadly of course,
You felt right in all you've done, you had no remorse.

You say I harrassed you, threatened and lied,
Yet you have no idea the tears that I cried.

You say "don't call me, don't contact me, I'm gone."
Yet I know now that I've done no wrong.

You've contacted me, through phone calls and texts,
And all I can do is ignore and say, what's next?

You've rubbed your marriage in my face, your happiness in my eyes.
When you damn well know that its what I despised.
