Megan Isabella James/Young-RPC!
Well firstly the GIANT picture of my RPC. I drew it, and I am an amateur artist. And that's an over statement. But um, rough sketch that took me a good hour.

Blue eyes, dark brown hair, light skin. The band around the eyes, obviously black. The outfit is nothing definite, just something to put her in.

Bio- Um, I'll right it later. I've yet to think this out entirely.
